So.. if that guy's the only guy to ever have got par on that hole, how did they decide what par was? I thought that par was supposed to be the average number of strokes to get it in.. http://www.google.ca/search?q=define%3A+par&ie=...
So if no one's ever got it in in 3 strokes except this one guy, then how is it a par 3?

usually they put par as how many strokes it should take to get on the green plus 2 strokes for putting
